EnjoyCo-creation!
Xgene crafts ZARMS,
a Google Workspace™–native, AI-powered project management tool.
Mission
Connect People and Information,Maximize the Potential of Co-creation.
The more a team works together, the more its requests scatter into chat, its decisions into meeting notes, and its files somewhere in Drive. We build ways for people and information to connect naturally, so everyone can focus on the work that matters and on creating together with their colleagues.
BusinessWhat we do
The database that connects your work
Google Workspace™–native,AI-powered project management: that's ZARMS
Keep a task's owner, due date, effort, progress, conversations, and deliverables together on a single card.
Everyone signs in with their everyday Google account, so your whole team can start today.
* Anyone with a Google account (including free Gmail) can use ZARMS. A Google Workspace subscription is not required.

Files stay in one place
ZARMS creates a Google Drive folder for every card and prompts you to upload deliverables or add shortcuts.
Get ahead of delays
AI creates cards in bulk from meeting notes and other documents, spots delays and stalls, and suggests the next step.
Everyone can join, at any headcount
The Standard plan is a flat rate per organization with unlimited members. You can invite outside partners, too.
Smooth handovers
Who changed what, when, and why is recorded automatically, so you can trace the history later.
SecurityOur approach to information security
To protect the information our customers entrust to us, we put the following into practice as a company. Our handling of personal information and security measures are described in our Privacy Policy, and the security of ZARMS as a product is described on the Service website.
Ownership and structure
Our Representative Director is responsible for information security and personal data protection, from setting policy to making decisions when an incident occurs. As a small company, we keep the number of people who can access production systems and customer data to a minimum.
Managing secrets
API keys and credentials are stored in a password manager and in each cloud's secret management service, with development and production kept separate. We never write them in source code, chat, tickets, or logs.
Separate environments
We run development, staging, and production as separate environments and never use production data for development or testing. Production credentials are never reused in other environments.
Reviewing changes
Code changes are merged only after passing static analysis, unit tests, and end-to-end tests. Deployments to production are never automatic; a person reviews them first.
Rules for AI-assisted development
We use AI agents in development, but we never give AI access to production systems or secrets. Deployments to production, permission changes, and anything involving personal data are always done by a person.
Incident readiness
If a data leak or outage occurs, we respond in order: detection, containment, impact assessment, notifying customers, recovery, and prevention of recurrence, keeping records throughout.
We do not currently hold third-party certifications (ISO/IEC 27001, PrivacyMark, or SOC 2). We are building our internal controls with certification in mind.
